Great hotel near CDG airport

This was the perfect place to stay for an early flight out of Charles de Gaulle the next morning. We had a nice meal at the hotel restaurant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the room was warm. It is still cool outside so we left the window open all night. That made it work but if we had not done that it would have been hard to sleep.

The suite was clean when we checked in and it has a great location. On the second day I reported a blocked toilet at approximately 9am before we went for a tour in the city. This occurred at night. We returned at 7 pm. On our return, the issue was not resolved and various excuses were given - irrelevant. I was not amused. Then an added issue of no water flow for hours, then brown water flow for about 2 hours (unheard of). The service staff skip duties and make excuses to paying customers. We used our shower for four days and had to request that they clean up - imagine that? Then our sheets were not changed either. Breaking into night sweats because of the menopause and sleeping on the same sheets three days in a row. Abysmal service. I literally had to remove the sheets myself and put it on the floor on the fourth day so it would be done. We returned early on the fourth day and the service lady walks in and says “she doesn’t change sheets everyday”. It was never changed until I did that. What is the point of staying in a hotel then? There are Airbnb scattered everywhere. If that is the service I sought there was no point of booking a hotel. A real let down for a hotel of that calibre. Managers need to supervise better so staff actually do what they are paid for. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly wouldn’t be booking any of their chains ever.

I stayed in the hotel for good 7 days. We desperately wanted to change but didn’t get any alternative at short notice. There is basically no service. Indians travelling thinking that there will be a decent set of toiletries, please carry each and everything. They don’t give anything for free. The hotel staff is jot even aware where currency exchange is located. There is zero guidance. The rooms are congested and suffocated. They don’t switch on AC even if you have asthama. Really insensitive and stingy attitude. Not at all recommended.

Stay away!!!!

The hotel itself is fair, definitely not a 4 start like they described on Priceline...false advertising. The area is not very safe...lots of dirtyness. No really nice restaurants in the area. There is no Site seeing at all. Graffiti every where. I left after one night!!

We stayed for x3 nights (extended to 4 because of air traffic control issue). The hotel itself is good. The room is large and comfortable, albeit basic. It is very clean, though slightly dated rooms. A separate toilet and bathroom is useful for families. The breakfast is basic. It can be very busy, and space inside is limited. We found the staff were all helpful. They did not all speak English, which can be a challenge, but they were all polite and willing to help. I read a lot of negative comments about the area. Be under no illusion that you are not booking a central Paris hotel. Uber is very reliable in Paris, as a family of 4 we took Uber everywhere...its roughly €25 each way to central Paris. The area immediately around the hotel is industrial. Though we never felt unsafe. There is a massive flea market every Sat/Sun/Mon which is imposing, but quite interesting. We would stay again.
