ห้องพักไม่ค่อยมีอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวก ไม่มีน้ำดื่ม ไม่มีชา กาแฟ ไม่มีกาน้ำร้อน มีหมอนให้แค่2ใบ เช็คเอ้าท์11โมง โทรตามให้เช็คเอ้าท์2รอบ เทียบกับราคาไม่คุ้ม มีดีแค่ทำเลอย่างเดียว

We came for a short visit to Strasbourg. This weekend was jam-packed, but the friendly staff found us a room for the night. The room was recently renovated and very clean. Despite the hot temperatures outside, air conditioning cooled our room down very quickly, and we had a nice rest before going to the restaurant after a 5-hour drive. The breakfast is various, from bacon to delicious and fresh viennoiseries. The Tea Bar offers a wide variety of quality tea. What a pleasant surprise! I love tea. If you drive there, parking near the hotel ( Parking Wodli) is possible for a very affordable price ( ask for a discount at the reception). Although I am more a fan of Scandinavian design, the hotel is well-kept, and the staff is helpful. Enjoy the exceptional view of the Gothic cathedral on the 7th floor.

Probably a decent hotel at $100 but not at $200+

As noted, no fridge, no coffee or tea in rooms, and no hand towels (two bath towels only). As there was a congress in town, cheap rooms were gone; this is a budget hotel and even with a sofa, this hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. Had view of plaza but not soundproof. Morning staff seemed cranky although the evening staff was super nice. Breakfast reminded me of the states, nothing great except you can boil your own egg exactly as you want it. Also a few items we had not seen elsewhere. Very good shower with plenty of hot water. Excellent location. Cool staircase. Fun art on the walls. Hard bed.

Positives -Good location -Good value -Good size rooms -Good breakfast -Polite staff Negatives -Booked with hotel.com which included breakfast. But when we got to the hotel we had to pay again? -There are large gangs of adult men who hang around the front of the hotel until 3am shouting, laughing, playing music and messing around on motorbikes being really noisy. This meant we couldn’t get to sleep until 3am both nights.

On arrival, much earlier than official check in time, the staff were really accommodating. They helped us put our bikes in a safe place, allowed us to check in to our room early, told us where to go to see the sights and offered to sort our water bottles for our onward trip in he morning. The room was a good size, clean and cool. The only eye in the ointment was French TV not showing extra time in the Women’s Euros. Can’t really blame the hotel for that! Well done to all.
