Ideal for solo traveller!

The room is good for solo traveller. Please be mindful that it can be a little bit small for Western who looks for a really comfortable bed and bathroom (You might have to limit your moves when taking a shower) However, the room has a small balcony which looks to collosseum which is really amazing. Room is small but clean and quiet. Rooftop provides heartbreaking sunset moments, not only at colosseum side but also full beautiful city view. Hotel is opposite to bus stop, few minutes walks to MRT, Arch of Constantine and about 10’ away from Termini station.

Dishonest hotel, charging for nights that were never booked.

The hotel was very dishonest and tried charging me for a night that I never stayed. They had the booking in their system for an extra night and rather than not charging me for a night that I never stayed (I was checked out), they are making an excuse that they cannot change that in the system and are trying to charge me for an extra night. This is a very dishonest practice and I would highly recommend that you be careful with this hotel. I have never experienced this type of lack of customer service at any hotel. Typically customer is always right, but not here. They argued that the customer was wrong and trying to charge for nights never stayed.

Investigating your booking I can confirm that your reservation was for 3 nights, IN 17 OUT 20 April. The rate chosen for this booking was a prepaid discounted and non flexible, that means that it can not be cancelled or modified as per policy that your accepted when booking. We never modified the booking neither did you, this is why when you checked out the 19 we could not issue a refund. I am sorry to find you so upset to write such a disrespectful review but I am available to you at any time to confront over the booking. I can invite travelers to book in our hotel with confidence as sales condition are clearly visible during the booking process through all our reservation channels. Hotel is situated within a fantastic location, 2mins from the Colosseum. Superb rooftop views. All of the staff are friendly and extremally helpful. Beds are really comfy. We would definitely stay at this Hotel again, highly recommended.

So Close to the Colosseum

So very central. Basic room, however all that you need when only sleeping and showering. You will be far too busy exploring beautiful Rome. Staff were fantastic. Walk our the door and the Colosseum is right there ... just metres away. Magical. I would stay there again.

Lovely hotel and great location

Me and my wife stopped here for a long weekend and I did the Rome marathon. Great location and a 2 minute walk from the colosseum. Room was nice and clean and we had a superior and was a little bit small but fine for our needs. The room was a bit noisy. Breakfast was great and plenty of selection . The staff were friendly and helpful We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
