It is really easy to get to the hotel, it is just one stop from Zurich SBB to Hardbrücke station, a 7 minute walk from the station to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, well equipped with all the toiletries you need. My room looks just like the pictures they have, so I was really surprised when I walked in. The staff are very friendly and speak perfect English. Near the hotel are many restaurants and Migros, so good place to stay.

We really enjoyed staying here. The room was great, easy parking underneath the hotel, and easy access to the city centre via the tram. We did not try the breakfast as it was more than double the price of Novotel breakfast in Milan. There is a nice bakery / cafe close by instead. I am not sure about the air conditioning though. It did not seem to cool the room so it may be an issue in the summer.

Location: 5 Minute tram ride (Tram no. 4) from Zurich HB or 5 min walk from Zurich hardbrücke station. Migros and Coops right around the coorner. Many Indian Restaurants at 10 Min walking distance Room: Superior Room is large enough to accommodate 3 adults (with sofa cum bed) Housekeeping: Room gets cleaned daily and clean sheets and towels everyday In room Amenities: Tea/Cofee maker in room. You need to get supplies from Front desk as they don't usually keep them in room before hand. Bathroom/washroom: Clean, running hold and cold water 24/7, AC: Not cooling enough to feel it working, good thing is they have window in room staff: everyone is very professional and polite during our stay. Special thanks to all staff in restaurant and Bar. Breakfast Options: As Indian Vegetarian - Some options like Milk-Rice (Kheer), fruits, bread butter, milk, yogurt, muffins etc is available. Kids friendly : Playing area for kids within Main Lobby and also swings in courtyard. Rooms5.0 Service5.0 Location5.0 Hotel highlights Kid-friendly Rooms : Spacious rooms with clean Bathrooms Nearby activities : MIgros, coops, Zurich Hardbruck Station, technopark Tram station (serviced by Tram No. 4) Walkability : only 1 minute from technopark Tram station, which is 5 min ride from Zurich HB

Hotel is very pleasantly designed with superior rooms and all the staff were very welcoming . Breakfast was average . The area was quiet at this time of year ( March) . The number 4 tram stop is just around the corner and this is a direct link to the picturesque Old Town and Zurich See . However the room temperature was set way too hot for a good night’s sleep and this couldn’t be rectified . 3 nights was adequate to see the city .

Breakfast was very good. Alexandra in the bar was very friendly. Reception also friendly and always willing to help. General accommodation was very nice with clean rooms.. Close to the city center. Great value for money. Definitely visit again and strongly recommend it.
