Perfect for our getaway weekend in Strasbourg

This hotel was everything we needed for a lovely weekend in Strasbourg. The staff was incredibly helpful, when it came to the issues of parking, making reservations in restaurants and giving general suggestions about what to do and see in town. The room was small, but had everything we needed and had a clean bathroom and good shower. The hotel is well located and had a great breakfast buffet as well as a coffee machine in the lobby, for the little pick me up. A good choice.

Never again!

Booked a cheap room as part of our road trip for a one night stay. On arrival, the place was stinking and resembled more of a crack den / hostel. The room was a box room - no towels or soap provided, these are extra!! The bed was dirty and the sheets were stained. Never again!

Most horrible stay ever!! The floor in our room was very sticky. The hygiene wasn't be best either. Bathrooms reminding of festivals + You share it with others. There was no soap or towels or whatever... When you open up the window a disgusting smell of sewage came up... I truly do not recommend a stay in this so called "hotel"

The hotel smells like Shoe Leather cleaner. Upon arrival the female worker could not speak english and was unwelcoming. When asking about public transport we were told they went into the centre but were not told the centre was blocked with roadworks and we would need to take another route. Our bedroom sheets were brown. The portaloo style toilets were disgusting, never clean and very public being in the middle of the main corridor. Extremely overpriced (30-40€) a night. Would not recommend.

Stayed for one night with a group of colleagues with limited budget. Found the hotel online and booked on of their Cabrio rooms at around 40 Euros a night. Wasn’t expecting much from the room and this expectation was confirmed, small, warm (directly under the roof, no a/c), cleanness was mediocre at best. Absolute no go however was the dirty bed linen.
