no invoice provided despite repeated requests

I was stuck in Frankfurt overnight as my I missed my connecting flight due to poor weather conditions. Lufthansa cover hotel/meal expenses up to a ceiling and I need to provide an invoice of expenses. I stayed in Ibis Frankfurt Airport hotel but was told when I payed that their "system was down" and they could not not give me an invoice that day. This was on 4/12/23. I have been calling regularly since, to ask for one. Either nobody answers the phone, or the receptionist who sometimes answers speaks very little English, just enough to say that the system is still down and she cannot help. Really?? I cannot claim reimbursement from Lufthansa until I have an invoice. Today is the 18/12! seriously??

Great hotel, very cozy, rooms are very clean and big. Breakfast was also good, simple things but very tasteful. We were here for two nights. Lidl and one more market is right accros the street. Staff was very friendly.

It was acceptable. Expensive but nothing special. Room was very small.

The hotel is modest and located in an industrial area, not very nice.. Note to you: Please use better English than. Who did you go with. Instead use good and CORRECT English: With whom did you go? Doesn't this sound much better???

The shuttle bus going to airport was 15 minutes late and not free Front desk staff were mostly uninterested in service and first reaction to any request is No. The girl on duty on the morning of 24 May was especially unhelpful, we had a train cancellation so wanted to return the shuttle bus tickets we had bought earlier and get an Uber as we would have had to wait 15 minutes (turned out to be half an hour) for the shuttle bus and we had to rush to the train station to get our long distance train situation sorted out. She was totally uninterested in helping and just insisted that the tickets were non refundable as we had already checked out. it was only when we asked her name (which she refused to give) and said we would feedback to management that she suddenly changed her tune and got her manager to agree to a refund but by then it was too late. I hv stayed in many Ibises across Europe and this was by far the worst. cafe soup was awfully salty and salad was literally drenched in an awful dressing practically inedible No kettle in room

We stayed a free night here courtesy of Luftansa for delayed flight. We got a voucher for a free dinner/breakfast. The room was ok size and comfortable. We had a choice of five entrees for dinner. Food was good considering the type of budget hotel. The breakfast buffet had good options. The best was the free shuttle to/from airport
