Do Not Stay. Only positive is the location The staff are rude and not helpful. We had a room with no aircon, fan or window that could be opened when complained I was told they have no fans and don’t turn the aircon on because it isn’t hot enough? It’s was 26 degrees! I think that’s warm enough to at least have a window. Later we went to complain again the night team lady was so rude rolling her eyes saying there was nothing she could do without even trying to help us. The room was physically too warm to stand in without sweating let alone sleep in . Finally what I believe was the manager found us a room we could move to with a window, which was nice however now the room was 1/2 the size and was to the front of the building where the staff allow individuals to be shouting and screaming all night but no point complaining again they are useless. The first room had one plug socket the second had two however couldn’t use 2 EU plugs together because of how close they are.Then on our last morning the cleaner decided to let herself in although check out isn’t till 12 then slams the door on her way out. This place is awful they should be embarrassed

A good budget option. No frills.

I was debating about giving the hotel a 4 but opted for a 3 instead for the following reasons: Curtains had small holes in them, looked like moth bites or cigarette burns The bathroom was quite dark, although spotless I found the lighting a bit dull The tv is useless/they should just get rid of them, it’s old and outdated and takes up a lot of space in the room However, the hotel was spotless, check out efficient (shove ur key in the box) It’s in a good area. We felt safe walking around and the nearby Canadian restaurant was lovely! It was very busy when we stayed so the lifts could be slow for those on higher floors. Overall a very walkable hotel for the champs Elyse if you don’t mind a 45 min or so walk. There’s lovely bars and restaurants en route into the city centre

Hotel is in a nice area. Shops and restaurants. Pleasant helpful staff. So close To 2 metro stations so accessible to city. Check in room not ready when we arrived. Had to pay to store our luggage in a locker in foyer €7 - lifts to block B great And no delays. Family adjoining room was perfect for our needs. Yes design on space but not too major. Yes towels are small but they do their job. Room cleaned and towels changed every day of our stay. Last day we had breakfast- for price options were limited, requested ketchup but was told none only at lunch time! Asked for a manger to find it but was told no ketchup at Breakfast!!! Outside elevator was broken on our second day but the stairs wasn’t a problem for us and luggage not too big. Not super clean and can be very off Putting but never felt unsafe using it any time of day or night. Definitely would stay again

This hotel was small, but clean. Beds were comfy, towels could be a bit bigger. Showers were perfect, all facilities were useful. People were right about breakfast but to be honest I have had worse breakfast and it’s ok to get you up and going! In a good location however people sleep in the car park of the hotel and it smells of urine but they did not bother anybody as far as I’m aware. Staff were polite, room cleaned during our stay which was lovely. Only one charging port in room, window opens which is nice as can get very hot, easy to adjust heating though. To be honest if you are just looking for an easy hotel, this is perfect and we were barely in the hotel but was a nice place to rest.

Very Basic, No Kettle to make Tea or Coffee, No cups or glasses, no tissues in the room. Towels only one each not very large. Breakfast was okay very spread out difficult to find everything. Disappointing.
