A bit run down, comfortable bed, haphazard housekeeping

Pros: - very convenient location - quick walk to Eiffel Tower, train stations, restaurants etc - Comfortable bed and excellent pillows - They were able to accommodate side by side rooms for our family of four - provided complimentary water, juice and snacks - a lifesaver for kids - quick to respond to issues Cons: - a bit run down - thermostat was not working at all so the room was always hot which made sleeping quite uncomfortable - the toilets don't flush well so required multiple flushes - the shower was blocked on day 1 then the toilet blocked then safes in both rooms we had ran out of battery - they did manage to fix it very quickly however - very haphazard housekeeping - some day cups were provided other days not, some days they gave us enough towels sometimes they didn't etc

Good hotel with spacious room. However the room was expensive. The buffet breakfast had a good spread but again was expensive. The washing machine and dryer weren't working properly. The staff were friendly with good English speaking skills.

After a 20 hour plus journey it was wonderful to enter a hotel where the staff were attentive and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were supportive. The hotel is in an excellent position close to the Eiffel Tower. There is no restaurant although they serve breakfast in the morning.

EXCELLENT STAY !!!

My stay was excellent. People at the reception were very kind, thanks to Baptiste and Lina ! The breakfast was good, a lot of choices. The room were a little bit old but that was fine. People who works at the bar , were so funny, and they have made our night. I will come back for sure. The only bad thing was that the phones were not working in the rooms, so i had to come down everytime at the reception to ask something, meanwhile they were very helpful.

Very disappointed given the price we paid. This was to be a special trip. My wife's birthday and our 25th wedding anniversary. Rooms very stuffy. We heard other guest complaining. We were told the air con is not working. Switch it off and open a window. Can't do that at night. Very noisy outside. Room housekeeping poor. Had to ask for toilet rolls plus other staples. These are basic requirements and should be captured daily. On check out we were asked about our stay . We mentioned the points above the woman who checked us out was not interested did not seem bothered we were not 100 % happy. 2 stars . One for the lovely young man who checked us in. One for the super friendly bar staff.
