This hotel was perfect for going anywere as the metro is at the door . Also reception staff friendly . Not all speak English but a few did . Abdullah was very helpful for us he works night time and speaks great English . Overall iv nothing negitive to say!

Room had a leak which was not fixed , modern reception area but the rest requires an update

City break to Paris Get it ticked off the bucket list Metro station right in front so east enough to navigate around Paris Plenty of halal options in this area Hotel reception has been updated But the rest of the hotel is in dire need Room had a leak which was not fixed during stay

Small TV Is kinda cheap place Worn facilities Breakfast is not good. Very limited options and not options close for breakfast Very well location since metro is at hotel’s door Front desk is kinda scary place but later you realize is not. But not friendly

Everything was good till we discovered that we got robbed !

We booked 2 rooms (612 and 613) from may 23rd till 25th, everything was fine till we discovered when we were packing to leave for the airport to catch our flight that 2 full bags of new makeup were empty and new shirt also missing , we went to the reception and make a complaint and they called for the housekeeping lady to confront her but didn’t lead to any thing , they left the bags and took the thing for us not to notice until it was too late. Also when we arrived at night there were only one staff member to work the bar and the reception , so it took us a while to get up to our rooms, other than that the room was ok, spacious, bit overpriced and the fact that our stuff went missing ruined our whole Paris experience!

Good ibis hotel for family ,rooms were big and goog bath ,2 elevators, nice wellcoming cold drink at loby ,metro station at front door of hotel , but alittle far from center of paris, but worth to go and stay there.thank you ibis pantin eglise.
