Avoid this hotel with worst service ever.

At check in, I had to wait a long time until anyone comes to the front desk, even they saw me waiting. I am a platinum member, and there is a sign priority check in… really Accor ?? You don’t care why put the sign there? No welcome drink offered. The room is also very noisy. If you have a platinum member and put on the form a quiet room, they put you next to the elevator. At check out I want to pay with reward points but they don’t want to do this. As Accor put on their website I can use reward points on the spot in the hotel, but not in this hotel. This is the worst hotel I have ever been in.

In a sorry state, bathroom smelt rank. Other rooms are refurbished but the one myself and a colleague received were terrible and are really in need of a refurbishment. We still had to pay full price for the room.

We have relatively frequent experiences with IBIS hotels in France and Germany. This hotel was in line with our experiences: offering value for money. Moreover, it was recently renovated, yielding good conditions in our room and bathroom. Breakfast was tasty.

We were traveling on 15.8.to Belgium by car with a 2yo daughter and had to stop for night as we were running late on our schedule, considering it was bank holiday most of the hotels in area showed closed. The Ibis hotel was next to the way we were passing, we arrived late evening, staff was very friendly, kitchen is open until 10.30pm so we could have warm dinner without leaving the premises, room was recent and clean, we appreciated the king size bed was one piece and not 2 single beds put together - not usual in this days. The breakfast was generous, considering the unpleasant situation we found ourselves in we felt relieved with the simple comfort Ibis offered us with very human price.

The rooms were great, and it was close to the Maginot line that we were going to visit. Breakfast is very nice BUT and I mean a big but! they do not serve evening meals on weekends, during the week yes, but not on weekends, I could hardly believe it, we were given the address on just one restaurant to go to, which was not what I would choose myself, but it was the only one open on the weekend. if you have a hotel full, why would you not do meals every day
