Very good location of the hotel, near the metro station, good base for exploring Paris, great service, very good breakfasts and clean. Very helpful reception, especially Mrs. Agnieszka, but also other reception staff. A good base for Paris Marathon runners!

I've been there often, it's a good place if you have to work in Gennevilliers. The staff is very professional and smiley. Good respect of the barrier gestures. The room was very clean. The hotel is well organized to let in and manage the food deliveries.

Large size parking is best asset

Rooms are OK but better windows could protect more from street noises. Not sure how heating was supposed to work. Did not ask though. Very friendly guy at front desk. Large size parking is great but unfortunately parking flood lighting did not work.

Very basic facility. Small room. Clean. Hot water OK. Poor breakfast. Very limited choice. Weekend price Very good. Weekly price - Too high. Location - 200m from the Metro, line 13. I know this place for 8 years.

Room was very damp and smelly. Carpets were not clean. Quality has gone down compared to last year when I stayed here for many months. Accor need to ensure that quality is maintained and rooms are not damps and smelly.
