The rooms are big and tidy.We traveled with 2 kids.Sofa bed was spacious and comfortable even for 2 children.Cleanliness was upto the mark and near your rooms there is a small drinking water fountain to refill your bottles.Good buffet breakfast.

Ths staff was very friendly, accommodating and positive. The room was very specious with all necessary amenities. Very clean, very well designed. I was on the executive floor, so had nespresso machine and a full fridge. The food was very delicious, good number of choices and high quality. Thank you Andy and all the team for making this a comfortable trip!

Excellent location near the business district. Newly renovated, spacy room and rew furniture add to the feeling of luxury. Very goob beds with no noise pollution guaranteed a good sleep. Attentive, prompt and friendly staff make you feel welcome. Price level is reasonable, especially seen to the high quality.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the most service minded young woman. Many hotels could learn a lot of her. Room is large and with two big beds, and rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is super and nothing is missing. I only give 4 stars, instead of 5, because of the bistro. First time I ordered room service they didn’t have the dish I ordered (Lasagna) and the second day they delivered a pork burger despite I ordered a pulled beef burger. I really asked myself why I didn’t ordered a pizza from a local restaurant.

the newly painted room with big smell release to guest

Our whole family (3 adults and one child) have booked your 14 days’ tour group departing at Paris on 14 oct 2023. The hotel in Luxembourg at the first day is Novotel luxembourg Kirchbreg. It has newly painted and has great smells in the arranged room for me. I have brought a 3 years old child, thus I asked the tour guider to exchange an hotel room without big smell. The tour manager told me the front desk told him the hotel is full, we should stay in the arranged room or else we will sleep in the lobby. Except that the tour manager had done nothing but showed a very bad attitude toward our whole family, this has been recorded. However, the second day after I checked again with the hotel manager, they confirmed the newly painting and confirmed there are 19 rooms available that night. So obviously, the tour manager and the front desk have cheated us. They saw we brought a child and senior, they try to avoid the bother but forced us to stay in the arranged room with big smells. I don't know why the newly painted room with big smell can release to guest? is it illegal? I asked them to provide the safety report about the room with big smells. They don't provide. It's a very unhappy experience. I have never never never choose or recommend any people to live in this hotel, which may has dangerous to your heath, the most important thing is, they know they have such problem but not try to help to resolve.
