Comfy quiet room, friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast! Ideal for a quick trip to Bucharest. Good park over the road for a run round the lake too 😁 Loads of restaurants, beer hall and eateries around the lake. Short journey to city centre for all the sights.

Lovely hotel, the second time staying here. Highly recommend. Food delicious, All staff from the bar, to restaurant and reception staff are great especially Felicia, Emilia & Florenta. Thank you to the restaurant staff for my porridge every morning. Can’t wait to visit again. Made us feel like home.

Good hotel, warm welcome at the front desk at check-in, fairly nice room, very good breakfast. The maid named Aura was very nice and helpful. All in all a recommended experience. Only a small remark, no room upgrade was granted in spite of my ACCOR ALL Platinum card. Not a major issue, just a minor remark within a very positive review.

Found a very good Accor hotel in Bucharest with a good bar called Arpege with good cocktails and beers Felicia bar tender offered a great selection of wine and drinks found very friendly vibes and hospitality pleasant weather with chilled beers hotel is located in good place which is nearest to airport and city centre

The staff helped us recover a lost wallet from a taxi company. The breakfast buffet was the best we experienced during 2 weeks in Europe. The rooms were great and Aura helped us with taking pictures of the city from the 11th floor. Thank you, Pullman! And Bucharest was a very interesting city from an historical perspective.
