Stayed here on a Leger D day tour. Rooms are fine, good shower and very clean. The staff are all really good, a special mention to Anne-Sophie who was outstanding, going above and beyond to be helpful. .The restaurant stayed open for us on the first night past closing as we arrived late and opened early for breakfast on our last day(4.30am!) as we had an early start.

We were booked in with Leger tours Rooms were OK and clean and the staff were lovely. Only complaint was breakfast! It's got to be the worst I have ever had. Powdered scrambled egg and half cooked bacon. Every single morning. Never again. Leger tours are not much better.

Adequate went on a battlefield tour location was ok fifteen minute walk into falaise supermarket nearby Room was comfortable and clean nice walk in shower Evening meals were very nice Staff very friendly attentive The only downside was the Breakfast It was the worst breakfast have ever had anywhere Very limited only had scrambled egg which wasn't very nice bacon was RAW

Normandy Battlefield Bus Tour

This location was kind of in a industrial park area and as it was a Bus tour limited as to where you could eat/drink ie the Hotel Drinks were expensive a bottle of coke being €3.80 No choice of draught Lager only Kronenburg 1664 which was nicely chilled when it didn’t foam up Food middle of the road for price and choice Rooms okay but a little bit small Recreational wise there was a pool table A TV area lounge table football etc Overall quite good but as I said earlier if you’re on a Battlefield bus tour you are limited in what/where you can eat, although there was a unbelievably good automatic pizza making machine a short walk from the Hotel (I kid you not people were coming back with delicious smelling ones and raving about them)

Good all-round and dependable service. Only two comments, the carpets in the corridors are stained. Main concern, purely personal is my dislike of tattoos, I find them offensive, especially on those serving the public. When I lived and worked in Australia, there was a dress code of NO VISIBLE TATTOOS IN THE OFFICE. There are staff at this hotels showing off their tattoos, their presence puts me off my food. Please adopt an Australian dress code, and keep them covered up.
