Post stay unexpected debits!

Our stay at this hotel was fine. It was after we left that we had some issues. The hotel took a pre holding payment, which was expected. However, a day or so after we left, we had two additional holding payments added to our credit card account. We contacted the hotel, who rectified the issue, by removing the in correct debits. But this should not have happened, as it caused a significant amount of blocked against our credit card for a period of time.

The hotel was a last minute booking for a stop on the way to Disneyland Paris. It was a lovely, modern hotel with lovely seating areas in the lobby. Car park underneath. Breakfast was a very good selection. Christmas market was a nice surprise only 10 minute walk away. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Another enjoyable visit to Arras. The hotel is located a short walk from the centre of Arras and can be accessed via an underground car-park. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed a few drinks in the bar. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but understand it is very good. The staff were helpful and friendly - we will be back in 2024.

Convenient location. Missed car park entrance and instructions coukd be clearer. Spacious room but nowhere to put anything. Table for tea/coffee but no spoon or stirrer. Helpful breakfast staff and nice spread. Light of A/c very bright. Short walk to square

Great location - rooms were spacious - beds were comfortable and with tea and coffee on hand to make - water dispensers at each lift were a great idea. Breakfast was varied and good quality - staff at reception were helpful. Only complaint were the bar staff who were VERY slow in serving. Great range of activities in the reception area for families including table tennis - chess set - football games and loads of boos. Very good quality hotel.
