Fabulous hotel, bar staff need a cocktail lesson!

Decided to extend our week long ski trip with a couple of days in Geneva at the end. This hotel is just beautiful, the decor is unusual and in really good condition, nothing shabby here at all. The bedroom and bathroom very well equiped with huge towels, flannels (always a winner), bathrooms and slippers which you can bring home. Very nice smelling quality toileteries as well. We didn't eat here (no evening meals at the weekend as its in the business area) but we did have a drink one evening - I ordered an Old Fashioned and instead of using sugar syrup the barman used two bags of sugar! Very very odd. All staff extremely friendly and one big upside is that its a few minutes walk from Lake Geneva, several large 5* hotels, the older part of Geneva along with the shopping area are less than 10 minutes walk and the hotel is 15 minutes from the airport. We will be back.

Amazing, I highly recommend! Great staff, great location, amazing buffet. Clean room and very good location. The room was in the third floor, a bit small but includes all the necessary tools to insure our comfort. The receptionist was very polite and helpful.

The hotel is quite charming and the staff most congenial ,however the lighting and lack of mirrors makes getting ready for the day or an evening event quite challenging. The tub shower is really difficult to maneuver especially for older people with some mobility issues. Would not recommend for seniors.

Only one night but wish I could have stayed longer. The service was impeccable the room was spacious and well worth the little bit of extra money for the suite. A well- located luxury hotel with excellent amenities. Geneva is a historic and very interesting city. This hotel makes a great home base for travel. In the heart the city, short walk from the old city, but a short ten-minute train to the airport.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here. All staff were kind and helpful as well as informative. The bar is a beautiful and relaxing environment for an evening drink and the restaurant food is of excellent quality. Our room was a duplex at the top of the building and was well cleaned daily, with some lovely extra touches with amenities and a little soft drinks/snacks minibar. The location is excellent - within very easy walking distance of train, bus stations, the lake and the old town. We would definitely return.
