Typical modern functional business hotel. The bar is nice, while my room felt a bit too “cold” (not when it comes to the actual temperature… that was set to “high” when I came into the room). I hated the fact that the toilet sit and the sink+shower were in separate sub-rooms: I found that very unpractical. But, apart from this, it was an ok experience for a business trip.

Good location adjacent to the city of Paris and close to the station of Suresnes. Had the kindest and most helpful staff. Complimentary upgrade upon arrival. Room was beautiful with a decent view of the town and had led to a very comfortable nights sleep. Due to an issue with the TV we were encouraged to move rooms and was aided all the way with the transition. Furthermore, was allowed a much longer check out time. Highly recommend.

Not worth the room rate at all. Restaurant is reheated catering foods. No reception area. We had to guess check in was at the bar. Room had no water. Wifi really poor. Stay at Mercure around the corner. Much more pleasant and better value. I was due to stay here again in two week’s time. Have cancelled reservation. Overpriced and just not worth the cost. Very frequent business traveller.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Stay elsewhere.

Staff are rude and extremely unhelpful. A random man entered my sisters room at 1am, she was petrified as you can imagine. A women then entered my fathers room when he was undressed on the toilet the following morning. To avoid getting in trouble the useless staff gave fake names (it was confirmed they were fake the following day). There are plenty of other nice hotels to stay in, in Paris. I would avoid this one.

TOTAL LACK OF SAFETY, SECURITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. A HORRENDOUS & TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE.

WOULD STAR ZERO IF POSSIBLE DUE TO TOTAL LACK OF SECURITY. We were staying for 2 nights in 3 separate rooms. During this time, at 1am, a strange man opened my door and entered my bedroom whilst I was sleeping. On the final morning, a strange woman opened my father’s door at 10am and entered his room whilst he was undressed on the toilet! The people involved in both incidents appeared to be guests at the hotel who were just as shocked as we were who it would appear have been told incorrect room numbers and issued room key cards to these incorrect rooms. The on-site staff handled it appallingly. Lied about their names, were dismissive and did not seem to comprehend what a HUGE security and safety risk this was. It has since taken over a month for Accor’s senior team to reply to my complaint making it clear that they simply do not care about the well-being of the guests at their hotels. I was issued a refund for one night without me even confirming that I was comfortable with this compensation. One night! Despite 2 bedrooms on 2 separate occasions being entered into. Once is a mistake, human error etc. Twice is a MAJOR issue. Do not leave anything valuable in your rooms and sleep with a chair propped up against your door if you stay here as who knows who will enter! An utterly horrendous experience both during our stay and with the follow up afterwards.
