Super helpful and friendly lobby. Absolutely amazing stay 🤩 will be back again! They even told us how to get here and there. This location is so convenient, 1min walk from Metro and bus station. You will never regret staying here!

Excellent choice, with metro, tram and bus just out of the door ! Very good breakfast and very friendly stuff!! nice neighbourhood with a lot of coffees and bistros around. Recommended for families and travellers. About forty minutes walking to Tour Eiffel!

In February 2023, I made a reservation on booking.com for the Mercure Paris Vaugirard Porte De Versailles hotel. The booking was confirmed and I received the confirmation number and even the pin code. Unexpectedly, I received an email from the hotel in March that they cancelled my room without any explanation. I tried calling the hotel and received no response. Finally, I reached out to booking.com who said that the hotel was overbooked. For the “inconvenience” they offered me a 50 euro discount on my stay. I immediately checked the hotel’s vacancies and it showed that my room (and plenty of others) were still available for the same dates but at dramatically higher prices. While I booked the room for 1,330 euros the price had increased to 2,520 euros. When planning a vacation, things happen but this situation was ridiculous. If you have important plans, I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Apparently, if they discover that they gave you too good of a deal they will cancel your booking. This is a hotel not an Airbnb so you expect a certain level of security when making plans. The fact that the hotel did not even respond to my inquiries shows that they really don’t care about their customers or their reputation. Lovely trip to Paris, easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff were helpful and friendly. Just be aware that if you do drive and park at the hotel that it is not recommended for large cars. We had a large SUV and the entrance to the car park is small and it gets smaller as you descend. You then get on a car lift which was terrifying as the car barely fit and we couldn’t have escaped out the doors or sun roof if we’d had any issues. It was both low and narrow and quite worrying. Other than that, the hotel was very pleasant and breakfast good value.

I was there for one night with my daughter, and the experience was not so good. The room is small, there is no space the breakfast has not variety, the price is too high for the service offered, even the parking was not included, doesn’t look like a 4 start hotel.
