Modern, convenient, clean and friendly in the middle of Versailles city

Very comfortable, modern, and reasonably priced hotel walking distance from the Versailles palace. Friendly and multi-lingual staff willing to accommodate all sorts of requests and give advice on touring. Special shout-out to Enzo the bartender who was a delight to chat with and was eager to learn about U.S. culture.

We spent just one night here whilst driving through the area. Given recent experiences on the same trip...wasn't expecting much. However, we were pleasantly surprised!! Check in was quick and easy...and the basement parking was safe, secure and just what we needed. The lobby was a nice place to be, and included a play area for children - which our youngest enjoyed a lot (maybe a little too much). Our room was spacious, well equipped and came with an amazing bathroom feature - smart glass! Lastly, and maybe most importantly, the hotel is only a 25 minute walk from the Chateau of Versailles and a 5 minute drive from Westfield shopping mall. A bigger/better breakfast selection would have been appreciated, as well as better quality scrambled eggs.

We stayed for 2 nights mainly to see the Palace. Location was very good with underground parking, a 10 minute walk to the Palace and restaurants/bars. The room was brilliant, very clean and large - the bed was comfortable. We used the restaurant at the hotel, food choice/variety was limited but expected in a hotel. The food we ordered was very good, felt fresh and priced fairly. The only negative I can give is the bar/ bar area was lacking - we felt as if it would be nice to get a drink or coffee either early morning or in the evening, it took quite a while to get a drink and the selection seemed limited.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location. We were originally give room 311 which reeked of smoke. It was a quiet Monday and I was also disappointed they were sticking us close to the elevator. They immediately gave us room 312 which had a much nicer view, was removed from the elevator and was free of smoke odor. We asked for an iron and ironing board and it was delivered immediately by a charming young woman that spoke excellent English. Overall the service was very good.

Friendly and helpful service at the front desk. Rooms are adequate for one or two persons. You can squeeze 2 adults and 1 or 2 children but it is cramped, but workable. Breakfast is fabulous. Great locations, walking distance to the Chateau Versailles. Generally pretty quiet. They do charge for parking (15 Euro per night) but if you're lucky, you can find parking on the street right in front.
