We were travelling from the USA to my native region with our pet a standard french Poddle. The Mercure crew was not only nice and wonderful in handling our reservation but absolutely excellent in accommodating us to be able to appreciate this great stay with our dog.

nice welcoming in a different way not typically desktop process, more like welcome and got the key , ok room . nice bar with good service nice helpfull staff that wanted you to have a nice stay for sure..

Not a 4 star. We just stopped overnight. Rooms have windows that remind me moves I have sent representing one air prisons. But beds clean. A spider was in residence along with some cob webs. Restraint had edible food but arriving late it filed thee gap. I would not want to stay here beyond one night. Decore, carpets door matainance needs a lot of work . Is uppsoe depends on what level of client they are after. Personally I would try to loo for something else next time. Staff friendly.

Good: helpful staff, park and activities Not so good: room size, damages doors and hallways, overall cleanliness (during our stay we didn’t see anybody cleaning anything), decor room, non heated pool(not very enjoyable),airco didn’t work very well, too expensive for what you get.

We stayed one night at this little hotel with its rather quirky decor that included lamp shade partitions painted logs and goose tables, a woodland mural and blue dotty carpets! There were lots of things to do outdoors for a family with children including a low go ape style woodland adventure. The pool was open but no one used it. The bar was OK. There were only a few staff who were young and casual but efficient. Had a great nights sleep as room was very dark and the hotel was quiet. Spotted 3 deer walking in the grounds.
