Superb location, only a five minute walk from Paris Gare du Nord train station. The area felt safe, plenty of places to eat nearby and some shops. All tourist attractions were easy to reach, Disneyland was a bit of a treck but only need to change once on the RER so quite straightforward. The room was spotlessly clean, this was tidied every day. Beds were comfortable, spare pillows available in the room if you needed them. I was impressed with how quiet it was, we were given a room right next to the lift which we weren't happy about but this didn't cause us a problem at all. Barely any noise to be heard from the street. There were some noisy women in the corridor on the last night but luckily they hadn't been there our entire stay and this wasn't a major issue. Staff were all really friendly, check-in was quick and easy. Would absolutely stay here again if in Paris, we had no problems at all.

The best location to stay in Paris. Little away from the Gare du Nord & Gare de l'Est, by avoiding the busy streets near the stations. Hotel can be reached by walk from the train station. Fantastic and helpful staff. Please ask any questions regarding the stay and near by sightseeing places. Most of the amenities are available, with a small bar. Also, the refrigerator at the reception can be used on request, to store the food/ice cream/cake/pastry. Please ensure that the food is packed correctly to avoid any leaks/smell. Almost all the tourist places can be reached from this location, by foot/train. Luggage can be stored for few hours after the check-out. Overall we enjoyed staying at this hotel, and suggest to experience the same.

We stayed at the hotel during a two night celebration to Paris for my daughters 21st Birthday. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the Gard du Nord and super convenient to drop our bags and head into Paris. The walk was about a mile to the Opera and easy to sightsee by foot. Check in was really easy and the receptionist was amazing and took a note it was my daughters 21st Birthday and the next day when we came back the room was decorated with balloons and cards. It was such a wonderful gesture and such a surprise. Thank you.

What made this place good was the staff. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly small but clean and adequate. Although there is not a lot of facilities there is a bar that is open 24 hours and also serves hot drinks. Breakfast is adequate and the garden area is nice, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets close by. This was our first visit to France and the staff made us feel really welcome.

I'm not sure if the mattress was the famous 'sweet bed', by Ibis - It was kind of like 2 mattresses on top of each other (not a 'topper') - It was a little knackered. The vent in the room and the bathroom needed a thorough clean, a lot of thick dust. The bathroom smelt slightly unpleasant, when I arrived.  I wouldn't rush to stay here again, but it was ok/ it was a good price and the location is good.
