Typical Ibis. Kind and helpful staff, nice property with big garden. Comfortable room for a 1-night stay. Very efficient check-in system. Other benefits are on-site parking and location close to the highway. Highly recommend this property for overnight stay in Aix-en-Provence.

Perfect for our needs, Driving from Nice to Toulouse needed a place to spent the night. IBIS was just off the Expressway pulled in without a reservation. Reception clerk was so welcoming and accomdating, the late dinner was wonderful, and the room was very comfortable. Like I said perfect or my needs. recommend it highly

Rooms beginning to look tired. Found some crushed chips on floor, then a long hair on bathroom wall, and finally dried pee on toilet, all in first 15 mins. Cleaned each discovery up myself because it wasn’t until I found the dried pee that I realized how bad the cleaning had been. Still a good 3-star hotel but nothing like how it used to be when it first opened. Good efforts for COVID-19 management. Breakfast buffet has variety and quality.

Dirty, friendly, like the terrace

Room was really dirty. The air condition was black from dirt. Also the floor of the bathroom.. Friendly people and nice terrace On 3 nights they do not clean you room Poor service for 100 euros a night I prefer to pay a bit more and get clean room and cleaning every day.

Hello, I'm sorry to read your comment, do you know that a team is available for you 24 hours a day and could have offered you another room? 100 euros must correspond to the rate with breakfasts included. Indeed in this particular period, and to protect our staff we do not clean the rooms during the stay. Have a good day

There really isn't much wrong with this hotel, but I wouldn't choose to stay here again due to the tiny rooms! Hotel is easy to find, it has a big, free car park. Reception and staff are friendly and helpful, it's all very modern and casual as they check you in on their smartphones. The reception, bar and restaurant area are all modern and spacious and bright with a good choice of food (an amusing interaction with a server who gave us an English menu at dinner and then couldn't understand which desserts we were choosing, so I ended up translating them back into French for her, and still ended up with the wrong thing...!) Breakfast is great with a good selection of food. However, the rooms were unexpectedly small. I felt a little claustrophobic the moment I walked in. The bed takes up about 75% of the room, you almost have to shuffle sideways to get around it. The side of the bed I slept in was so close to the wall you had to crab-walk to get in and out. The bathroom, ironically, is a very good size with a large shower area. This was just a stopover en route to somewhere else, and I spent most of the evening in the reception/lounge area which is very comfortable, with Wifi, and just watched TV on my tablet. I couldn't imagine staying here more than one night, I'd go stir crazy with two people in a room that size. But if that isn't a problem for you, then it is recommended. Cannot comment on location in relation to other areas as we were just passing through. Swimming pool was empty and closed in Feb 2020, probably a seasonal thing.
