The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast abundant and varied. The only drawback I can think of if the quality - not the service - of room service dishes. The boulangerie is worth a recommendation for their pastries and friendliness of staff.

Don´t pay for 5-star in a 4-star hotel.

It is too expensive for the services and installations. We expected to find a 5-star hotel, but the hotel is a standard 4-star overall. I´m very disappointed. The front desk is confused, slow, and unmotivated to do the job. The booking service didn´t work, and my reservation was made wrong. Definitely don't offer a service as they charge.

Marcos was my waiter when I had breakfast at the Mercure hotel in São Paulo. He greeted me warmly and seated me promptly. He helped me select my breakfast since I do not speak Portuguese. He got me my food in short time and was always very helpful and friendly. Very good man

Very standard 5-star hotel with professional service and classic furnishing rooms. Andrè from reception is so friendly that gave me a warm welcome upon checkin. The bathroom is clean and the hair dryer is prepared as well. Generally it s a nice experience, i ll definitely be back again some day.

Very good accomodation very close to the iburapuero park friendly staff very good and so delicious breakfast. Thanks for the staff for helpful behaviour and the chef for the delicious meals 🙏 i would totally recommend this hotel to everyone.
