All very easy and very friendly staff. Very easy to get from Airport to go elsewhere around Warsaw avoiding traffic jam in the center. I will repeat for sure despite of others Accor spots as it is the best location in the city when you are by car.

At arrival very friendly man who checked me in. Big hotel close to the airport and compulsary airport service. Room typical novotel but nice. The bar and restaurant was ok. Friendly and quick service. This is really worth a recommendation as hotel

I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hotel staff. I put gold things in my room and flew away on vacation. I wrote a note and was pleasantly surprised that my forgotten things were found and returned. I also want to mention a play corner for children. My child happily played there while I was busy with work. Great breakfast and location + free transfer to airport. I recommend this nice hotel and thank again for such attitude 🙏🫶

The hotel is quite nice, rooms are a bit oldschool, pretty clean. Personnel was friendly and helpful, breakfast with plenty choices what to eat. Coffee might be better. The pool outside was clean. Food in the restaurant tasty

This is a great hotel as a stopover destination hotel. We used it en route from LHR to Israel. From the airport, it's really easy to catch the bus (N32 from the airport; buses come frequently and at midnight and later...) to the hotel. The room, albeit a bit tight for a family of 4, was comfortable and well-maintained with modern furniture. The breakfast is delicious with homemade waffles, pancakes, croissants, an egg and fruit bar; freshly squeezed juice, cold meats and cheeses, porridge and so much more - highly recommend. Staff are helpful and friendly and provide a free taxi service back to the airport for the return flight. Our children loved the play area at the front of the hotel as well as the pool. Central Warsaw is less than a half-hour bus ride away with the bus-station right outside the hotel - both to the airport and into Warsaw. One of the best overnight airport stays we've had - highly recommend`
