Dear Gulsay D., Thank you very much for your comments about your stay at Mövenpick Hotel & Thermal Spa Bursa. First of all, we are very happy to host you in our hotel. Please accept our sincere apologies for not meeting your expectations in some respects. As a result of our conversation with the team members regarding the negative experience you had, we would like to state that; According to our hotel rules, it is not appropriate to keep porcelain or glass products in the wet area in case they break. We would also like to point out that the traces you see in our pool are not rust or stains, but the sulfur in the thermal water. Regarding the carpet, you reported the burns on the edge of the carpet and mirror frame to the reception and asked for the fee to be calculated. I would like to regret to inform you that hookah service is not currently available in our Roof Restaurant. We would like to thank you once again for the time you have taken to express your thoughts, and we would like to point out that your feedback is extremely valuable for the development of our work to continuously improve the quality of our services.
