It was very unfortunate that i booked this property considering the Brand “Novotel” i wasnt aware that it will be my biggest mistake to book this property. As far as property is concerned is nice but the staff is pathetic. They were so partial towards foreigners. They didn’t care about the Indian guests. This is actually a shame ! As Indian you don’t care about Indians ! As we entered the hotel the reception was clumsy and no one cared about welcoming or greeting us. And after 5 mins a Foreigner entered everyone quickly got a welcome tray with Tilak etc. is this for real? Are we still staying on in the era when Britishers use to rule India ? And we were their slaves?!!! This was the horrible one incidence we had while staying in that property. They charged us 1000 rs as pet boarding charges however most funny they didn have a designated area for the pets in and out of the entire property. In the restaurant the staff didn serve us until we asked them to. There was no staff to attend. Anyway its a long story this place is too short to describe.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel, Lucknow and I would like to specially appreciate Amit who was working in the buffet, for his wonderful service towards me and my colleague. Though it was late and almost past his working hours, he continued to smile and served. Thank you so much Amit.

The whole experience was pleasant and peaceful. Shout out to the reception team for a quick checkin and checkout experience and warm interaction. Thanks to the teams handling room keeping and in-room dining, the stay was clean and enjoyable throughout.

Early check in committed but delayed in the sake of room clean up which took nearly 2.5 hours. Unnecessary wait was provided quoting 10 min 10 min . Completely dissatisfied with the reception staff for not having worth of guests’ time
