The Ultimate Staycation Hotel in Manila

My husband and I spent 2 days in Manila after a long flight from Canada. We booked at Raffles and loved it so much that we didn't want to leave the building! The staff was very attentive, and we enjoyed all the small details such as the 'aromatherapy sleep experience', sea salt selection to enhance our butter in the restaurant, pillow menu... The decor feels 'grand' and it was easy to see why the hotel chain continues to remain iconic. The private pool is gorgeous!! Whenever we weren't dining in one of the many great hotel restaurants, we were poolside. We enjoyed our stay so much that we just booked another night at the hotel at the end of our fabulous adventure in the Philippines. Thank you Raffles for turning moments into such great travel memories for us. We felt very special in your care.

Butler Gary was very helpful, assisted with our rest after a long trip and jetlag with some tea and soothing bath. Service for breakfast was also attentive, as well as cocktail hour. Cocktail drinks were surprisingly good, since my wife does not drink alcohol, she practically would have ordered a second glass. Room and floor were excellent. So far best hotel in Manila for me, along with Fairmont (Gold floor). Security better than Fairmont though.

Pick up from airport was fast and efficient. Jerry at the front desk at hotel was wonderful and had me checked in very quickly. Room was gorgeous. Hotel is in an excellent location near all the shops and. Various restaurants.

Exceptional hotel with exceptional staff in all the areas of hotel , rooms are exquisite and very intimate area of property. Staff go over and above for you each time you leave your suite , assigned butlers , everyone in the hotel knows your name immediately as well , the building itself has literally everything under one roof , nice gym , coffee shop , great bar and great lounge , restaurants are also very nice and have wide variety of selections. I will most likely stay here now when I come to Manila or travel through as well.

Every thing went splendid the moment we arrived at the hotel everyone is smiling. We felt that heartwarming service. I want to personally thank Butler Marco for taking care of us. He is the one welcome us he gave me recommendations that makes our stay like everything was planned. hahaha I dont even have to ask. One of my favorite scenario is when he open the door for us and says "welcome home" and i felt it. I feel like im home i feel relax at that moment. The butler service is exceptional he even prepared us a bath. Ohh i almost forgot the cute butlers sing us a happy birthday song which one of the highlights of our stay. Sadly it was a short stay but we'll definitely come back.. ❤️
