Dear Mr & Mrs C., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Fairmont St Andrews - Scotland. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Fairmont, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. I am terribly sorry that there was not any suitable pool times during your stay with us. During busy periods we operate a booking system to prevent overcrowding in the pool and I am sorry you were not aware of this. My apologies also that the simulator was out of order this issue was unfortunately outwith our control and we worked to get this operational as quickly as possible. We were also unable to operate the golf workshops due to the unusually high rain fall. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
