Have stayed here several times. Right in Piccadilly so near everything, including buses/trams. My bathroom on this occasion was a little cramped and the reception staff could be warmer. But the rooms are clean and modern. Would stay again.

Well located to train station and centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative about the hotel is that there is no sound proofing but apart from that enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is perfectly located for the city center, with the tram stops less than 5 minutes away. Good bar and restraunt downstairs. The only thing I would say are the rooms are pretty basic, but certainly better than the ibis budget hotels which I have had the misfortune of staying in before! Beds were comfortable and the shower was really decent. Overall very good for the money
