No floormat in the bathroom which the shower fitting was leaking with water spraying up on the roof ensuring the tiled area was extremely wet and dangerous No liner in the rubbish bin Upon checkout it was Thanks for letting us know that's it This experience would not make me rebook again in the near future

We have been staying at the Mercure Penrith NSW for close to 25yrs now and would not consider any other accommodation in the Penrith area... Management and staff are always' exceptionally helpful and they care about your stop over...The rooms, beds and linen are always' first rate and should you need anything it's their pleasure to help out...They employ a sustainability policy with all their bathroom products and brekky is a matter calling into reception for all your needs...Close to the CBD of Penrith just an easy drive to all your shopping needs'...Thank you Mercure Penrith for always being there for us...
