A very good property. Stayed with family. The place was clean and the breakfast spread was decent enough. The service was quick and the staff were helpful. Billing was also quick and the service was helpful. A good view of the city and plenty of natural light.

I travelled from Hyderabad and my flight was delayed to 10 pm. I was starving and I want the food to be there but, their phones weren’t working. I have reached the hotel furiously for not picking their calls. They’ve appraised me that there was something wrong with the wrong. But yeah they’ve immediately appraised the restaurant and extended the buffet time for a while just so that I can have a scrumptious meal after a long flight. My stay was delighted with the way of service they have offered. Gentle, kind, to the point and never a ‘no’. I would want to give a special shout out to the steward Jatin. He served me 3 meals and has always been open to hear what I’d prefer to eat and got it curated by the chef and served on the table. I wanted to appreciate his efforts by paying a tip and he respectfully rejected quoting the policies. His high morale and customer centric behaviour just wooed me. Thanks man Jatin we need kind people like you in the industry. Rooms were clean and tidy, swimming pool was decent enough, Spa is convenient. Overall enjoyed my stay at Novotel Guwahati.
