Very hot room, too much noise!

Clean room, clean bath, working tele. Our room was above 80f/27c when we got there - thermostat set to 27c and on even though it was 77f/25c that day. No A/C available, no fan, no comfort. Today is 45f/7c with window open cannot cool room at all. Went and bought a fan on my own to try and make this heat trap somewhat comfy. With windows open you will NOT get a good night’s sleep! The street noise is insane! Staff is sweet, but there is nothing to make this 6th floor room worth the cost!

We enjoyed our stay in Geneva, noise from outside the hotel disturbed our sleep but location to the waterfront was great. Super staff, extremely helpful, welcoming and cheerful.

Pros: Very convenient for overnight stay between train journeys. Interconnecting family room with two bathrooms was brilliant. Early and takeaway breakfast option very useful. Great restaurant recommendation from staff. Cons: rooms were too hot (in March) and it wasn’t clear how to use AC. Noisy street on edge of red light district.
