Well located but room incredibly small

Clean bright hotel located near station. however, for the price the bedroom I was allocated was so so small. could not even use the toilet without having to move leg to the side as the sink is so close !!!

Location is abit far from the metro like 15min walk. Other than that this hotel is clean n new. We had 3 adults in a room and was still pretty decent size.
