Very helpful staff and good ambience. Swimming pool is found neat and clean. Gym is awesome and gym trainer is also very much humble and competent. One of the best hotel in Vadodara. A special thankx to gym trainer Nilesh Sir for helping me during the gym sessions.

Best hotel in vadodara. The food was amazing. It was a leisure as well as business trip. The ambience was good. Poorvi at front desk assisted us very well. Overall it was a great experience here in surya Palace.

Room Window opens at a dark wall. Early Check-in was made difficult. The person at counter made too a lot of convincing even before he tries. The Manager seems to be unavailable.

Firstly, let me thank entire staff of Grand Mercure for providing such a wonderful hospitality during our stay. This visit was very much crucial for our organization considering the purpose of visit was to hire the particular skill set profiles. On such a short notice you have guided your team and provided us a perfect platform to achieve the target. The banquets/Rooms/Foods/Staff/arrangements etc.. everything was well organized. KPIL’s senior leadership members were extremely happy, shall definitely look forward to visit the property again. Thanks for all the efforts
