Excellent checkin at the Pullman Hotel after a 12 hour flight from London. Was greeted at the car by the bell boy and escorted to the front desk where Junior happily received me and did an efficient checkin. Junior realized that I was tired and was such a pleasure to assist me. I arrived in the very clean room and straight to the shower where they are equipped with a strong rain shower head. Also one of my favorites is the Nespresso coffee maker which makes me feel at home. Ordered quick room service via WhatsApp. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, nice hotel. friendly staff. Only complaint was my aircon leaked in my room twice during my stay but understand these things happen.

I was first given a room which had no water for the bathroom. Than switched to a new one, but the linen on the bed was too small for the bed and my feet was in touch with the mattress.
