We really enjoyed our stay at this city apartment with great views. Ask to stay on a higher floor as it's much better. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. Loved having our own laundry. Brilliant location and quiet at night time. Reception staff are friendly and helpful...special thanks to Amanda. House keeping also do a great job.

Great! Thank you for the early check in. Our room kitchen sink pressure was too much. Turn ed it on and it sprayed everywhere. Might want to check that. The Hot Pool needs more stairs to get in and out.

Upon entering the building, we were greeted with a lobby full of scaffolding. I admit I was expecting that having been forewarned. The pleasant receptionist explained that refurbishment was underway. I think we received an upgraded room although this was not mentioned at check-in. The elevators are/were badly in need of a paint. The aroma when we arrived at our 17th floor was quite pronounced and slightly off-putting. Our one bedroom apartment was tidy and pleasant, but again in need of repainting. All amenities were in good working order. We had a water view from our room and were greeted with a cruise ship on our first morning. Our biggest disappointment was the fact that , although there was a dining room it was not part of the hotel, so no credits could be gained by dining there. However, supplies could be purchased nearby. This hotel is near the waterfront and all things touristy. When refurbishment is complete this establishment should be in the top echelon of accommodation in Auckland.

Everything was ok, it’s just a shame how this once lovely high end property has been allowed to decay. Location is great, but at over $450 a night, you would reasonably expect not to have to fix wardrobe doors, kitchens quite battered, screws hanging out of walls where once there were phones, half painted lifts etc etc. Unfortunate more than bad but definitely over priced for what it currently is

We had a nice stay, service & the location are great! The hotel is dated & parking can be very challenging for a Van or big cars.
