1. The room 619, I saw a Mice 🐁 walked around in living room. 2. Tha Housekeeping work more worse than last time I stayed. No improvement but more worst. And the worst is today 9 April 2024, when I comeback to stay another 9 nights. No new towels, they didn’t replenish a teabag and didn’t give a toiletries as a must. VERY VERY VERY LOUSY n WORST. I stayed here, because near with my daughter place, so I can park my car in her place. And the room quiet bigger. And some of staffs, I know n they good in job. But the HOUSEKEEPING IS BECOME WORST THAN BEFORE COVID. NOW THEY NOT WORK PROPERLY AND LIKE DON’T HAVE “SOP” IN DO THEY WORK ON CLEANNING THE ROOM.
