Not the standard of a Accor or Sebel Property

Extremely disappointed with this stay, I am a Gold Accor Member and was surprised how poor this property measures up as a Sebel badged property or even to be part of Accor. While the chap on Reception was extremely welcoming and helpful, from then on it was down hill. I was informed that as there is no restaurant, I would be provided with a breakfast pack, while I informed him the website should be clearer on this subject. Entering the room/apartment showed a very sparsely, tired and quite honestly nothing like how the website represents the room. Cleary had no decoration for years, and the Sliding Doors to the Balcony were absolutely filthy and not been cleaned for a very long time. A knock on the door later in the day, a young girl presented me with my Breakfast Pack. On inspection it contained a frozen Ham & Cheese Croissant that was rock hard, a frozen Muffin, energy bar and Yoghurt, an absolute joke. I took the pack down to reception and complained that it was not acceptable to service something of this poor quality and to remove the breakfast option from my room rate. 24 hours the young girl was again at the door to give me a breakfast pack, I informed her I had complained and asked for this option to be removed from my rate, she simply rolled her eyes and walked away. I later went down to reception to check that my rate had been changed and again the same young girl was on reception, I questioned why my rate had not been changed, and rudely she said it had and again looked at me as though I was in the wrong, this young girl needs a crash course in customer service. The property feels like it is slowly being run down, and has been taken over by long term residents and it really not suitable as an Accor property, which is a shame as location is perfect.

Truly enjoyed the stay. The rooms need a refresh as they are tired. The magnetic card door keys were not operational so had to use old fashioned brass keys. The keys and lift fobs were clearly identifiable as Sebel but most of the staff did not seem to see this as risky. One staff member (Tanya) is exceptional in her service ethic. Helpful, friendly, and patient - she stands out!

Dangerous and definitely not ideal for young children. Rooms poorly equip. Breakfast not suitable. Only 2 bags that was to feed 6. Stove top wouldn’t ignite. Reception had nothing to light it with. Oven filthy. No milk. LReception staff had no idea😩

Excellent location/Outdated/Poor cleaning/Poor Service. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment 1303. Upon arrival No welcome drink was offered for being Accor Gold member. Only interested getting the payments settled but no information on wifi nor about the apartment in general. I have had to go down several times to get all the information as I needed. The entrance door key was very stiff. No electronic card system in place- very old school. The cleaning of the apartment was not satisfactory because there were dirty towels in the main bathroom. Have mentioned this to reception but they don’t seem to care about it that much. Curtains were very dusty. General hygiene of the apartment was very low standard. The location is fantastic so that was one good thing for staying here. $345 per night was probably on the expensive end but due to location it was okay. There is no on-site restaurant for Accor member benefit but plenty near by.
