Generally , the service excellence staff were inconsistent in delivery especially the front desk on checking out. We were given early check in and that was good. However , no amenities in the room and had to be loaded. Room mini bar checks can be quite irritating if we are around and especially on 16/4. More importantly , drinking water were not provided and we had to request for it daily which was a first time for my wife and me in our Accor hotels stays. Variant degree of inconsistent services from front desk , concierge, housekeeping and restaurant.

Located quite centrally and easy to get to. Convenient parking and staff have always been pleasant. Close to albert park for a walk or run around the lake. Went for business and have stayed at the hotel many times and have received the consistent service. Wi-Fi easy to connect to and room well appointed.

So we had a great stay here at the Pullman Albert Park. Great beds, big TVs, on-site parking. Great views, very close to tram to connect to city and StKilda. Breakfast had a great spread and the pool,spa and sauna were amazing! Huge shout out to the great staff including Manny and Mishel front office and the truely amazing Ms Luna f@b supervisor. Thanks everyone for a great Melbourne stay.

I am not sure if this feedback will make any difference but wanted someone to know as this will definitely effect the hotel. I invited an Australian guest of mine for Dinner and suggested that curry in hotel restaurant was good. I asked the server before taking a seat in restaurant, if the Menu has changed since Aug-23 and I was told that it is same. - After we were seated we noted that Manu indeed had changed. - Finally after discussion with server we finally ordered Thai Veg curry with rice - the rice were too dry and brittle most probably because they were heated using a microwave and that too not properly. The rice was so Bad that we could not even eat it with curry. Not sure why fresh rice wasn't served. - the Thai curry was less curry and more of corn kerns. - the chef was told.about same but there was no reaction except he will check in this. - for service I had to get up from my table and go to restaurant welcome desk twice, to request once for water and next time for change of plates as the server was not even looking towards us. - I am not sure how bad that would have been an experience for my guest but I felt pathetic to invite her to this restaurant and hotel.
