Check in was almost 45 minutes, and there was only two in front of u., Asked for light bulb to be replaced, said they would send someone up, did not arrive. Shower leaked all over floor. Asked a staff member for some advice at front desk and she couldn’t even understand us let alone help. The only saving grace was that George at Conscierge was very helpful on our last day and helped. Accor needs to ask them to lift their game.

Started out disappointing & annoying....morphed into ..horrible & painful....ended up grateful to have not booked for 2 nights.

The room was clean the bed comfortable the room service was lovely. the complementary tea and coffee were very outdated and the pay per movie very outdated. that was the only fault I had.

Check in was effortless with concierge expertly parking my rather large lifted 4WD vehicle onsite (Cost $50). The front office team were prompt efficient and I managed to have access to our room 30 minutes prior to the usual checkin time which was wonderful. Our room was on the third floor, 2 king beds, quite, clean and tidy. The buffet restaurant was beautiful light filled space with a wonderful ambience. The general condiments on display were neatly displayed with the usual suspects mini croissants, pastries and other goodies. Sufficient healthy options with bircher, fruits and yoghurt. The hot buffet let us down which was disappointing as we were starving. The scrambled eggs were inedible - I am not sure what they were doing to the as they were a mushy chewy mess. We then ordered scrambled eggs from the chef - in a rather confusing way as we weren't acknowledged and you have to stand in front of the plating area and wait for someone to look at you - there is a small sign indicating this is were to order. The chef on deck merely looked at me with - no "good morning or what can I get you this morning" I was left wondering. I had to ask if this were you order eggs and a mere curt nod of the head was all I received in acknowledgement. I ordered my scrambled eggs and waiting nearly 10 minutes and unfortunately these were also inedible. Perhaps the eggs were having an off day.
