Check in, customer waiting behind me for 5 mins then walks over to the member lane and gets served before me. Clearly seen by desk staff. So meant I waited for over 15min to check in which is not my experience at other Pullman. Room cleanliness is average at best with dust on shelving. Towels in bathroom were old and uncomfortable. Pool area had no fresh bathing towels after having to walk through a second hotel to access the pool then return to the room to bring the bath towels. Again, not what is expected at a Pullman. Rooftop bar closed. Nothing remotely worth coming back for.
