Carpark issue

i was not impressed with the fact that your carpark was full and i was expected to park somewhere else when i book at your hotel knowing you have a carpark on site - otherwise i would have booked somewhere else. i will say that the Andrew (i think his name was) helped me and parked me in your driveway so he fixed it to a degreee i was satisfied

unfortunately i was disappointed with my stay. Room - on entry smelt stale(carpet?) Mattress - not comfortable Pillows -Not Comfortable Food selection for room service -not enough verity (ordered what i thought was a can/bottle of soft drink & got a glass of watered down lemon drink. Restaurant selection - over priced and verity for dinner & breakfast could use more selections. Our company uses this Hotel and i doubt if i will return.

The hotel's location is ideal for a first-time tourist in Brisbane - close to the Brisbane CBD shops and attractions, handy to the train network and a short stroll to Southbank. Unexpectedly and unusually, the in-house café and restaurant were terrific - especially the pizzas! Although not advertised, the hotel has a self-service laundry on the 4th floor - although you need cash (4 x Australian 1-dollar coins) to operate the washing machines and dryers. The rooms were dated and looking tired but were nonetheless reasonably spacious and fairly well-appointed.

This hotel is well located for public transport. Airport train is a 400m walk to Central Station, which is also the hub for other train lines. Frequent bus services are in the same street or on the other side of the town hall. Comfortable walk to South Back ( about 1km). There is a popular roof top bar at the hotel. Other reviewers have said that there are tired elements to the hotel that need renovation. Yes, but once renovated the hotel will not be in this price range. We would stay here again.

The door kept auto locking and unlocking throughout the night which made it difficult to sleep
