It was unexpected but nice to get upgraded to a jnr suite. The hotel is quite old but serves the purpose of central location and view of Hyde park are some of the things you are looking for.

Great hotel Very friendly team working there extremely helpful with local things to do Only feedback would be the pool said heated it was freezing cold and need more selection for late night in room dining like easy toasted sandwiches or something. Overall would 100% recommend to stay here.

Excellent service but terrible rooms. Planned to stay for 4 nights in a park view room. Arrived to find car parking easy and service polite. However that was the end to the good experience. The elevator and hallways were dirty. The room had water damage, smelled mouldy and was dark. The sheets didn’t quite cover the bed on one side. The view of the park was nice, however the window didn’t let in enough light. Disappointing, we didn’t stay. Found an alternative hotel nearby for a similar price.

We spent three nights here in March 2024 for our 1 year Wedding anniversary. They upgraded our room on arrival and on the second day, we came back to the room to find a plate of desserts and a happy anniversary note on it! Amazing service, thank you all :) The location is great, a short walk from Museum station, and a 7/11 convenience store is directly downstairs just in case. We stayed in a junior suite which was beautiful. It would have been even better if there were a couple of chairs on the balcony. We always enjoy our stay here, thank you again to all of the staff for making our getaway amazing :) Also, it was great that we could do express checkout, but we were not aware of this at first. We lined up for a few minutes to checkout, then another guest mentioned it, then an employee told us we could do it too, just drop the card in the box. I did get an email to explaining we could express check-out, but it came 7 minutes after the checkout time of 11am, so would have been even better if that email came earlier that morning, or the night before :)
