The room was decent with separate washroom and bathing area. Breakfast was also decent but with limited options for vegetarians. Location is perfect and very close to main station and the lake. The bus stop was also closeby. Hotel staff was also helpful.

Great location, lacking in most other areas

Good location. However the family room we were given were not disabled friendly. My parents were unable to climb in and out of the bath, so couldn’t bathe. The room had uneven floors so there were tripping hazards for my elderly parents. I’d say the receptionists were not very attentive. We stood there for ages during check-in before we were even acknowledged.
