I was harassed before 11:00 a.m. by a chambermaid who asked me to leave the room with a face of few friends. As I was about fifteen minutes late after 11:00 a.m., she kept knocking on the door and telling me things that I didn't answer and I just asked for a little patience, but she didn't settle down. I've never experienced so much embarrassment in any hotel, let alone for a few minutes. I only use the Accor network on my trip and I will make a complaint about this service on my return. As I had a fever I didn't have time to talk to the management, but I knew you were going to send this questionnaire. Hugs

I stayed in a superior double studio for two nights. The location was acceptable, but the cleanliness of the room, especially the bathroom, was disappointing, to the extent that I refrained from using the shower. The internet service was poor, with speeds ranging between 2-3 Mbps at best, which was contrary to the advertised high-speed internet and Chromecast TV connection. As a result, the television was essentially unusable. The studio included a balcony, which, unfortunately, faced a construction site, leading to significant noise and dust, rendering it impractical to open the balcony door. Considering the price, I am sure that it is possible to find superior accommodations.

We found it difficult to make the reservation i. e. they didn´t answer the email and we have to phone the hotel. They gave us a different rate per night than the one offered over the phone. We have a corporate rate that they didn´t apply. We will probably not make another reservation again in the future

Well located and very nice staff, but that’s mainly it The rooms are dated, kind of old. Some noise from outside. The wifi is absolutely terrible

We were well-received and the room was as expected, except for the absence of a chopping board in the kitchen, so it would be good for staff to check the inventories regularly. If we had been cooking, that would have been annoying. A cloth or sponge is needed in the kitchen for washing dishes. Bed was comfortable, room at a good temperature, quiet, and everything worked.
