Everyone of the staff from reception, bar and restaurant were friendly and made us feel very welcome, probably the best I’ve encountered. The evening meal in the restaurant was superb and breakfast was good. Hotel location is a bit remote with not much in the area, the room could do with a refresh but it was comfortable, clean and tidy, overall a great 2 night stay

Recently stayed at this hotel, what a wonderful experience, the hotel is so clean and well set up, the rooms spacious and lovely, the food well cooked and hot especially the breakfast, the best hotel breakfast iv ever had, so fresh and cooked to perfection, the service fantastic,the drinks plenty full, all prices at the hotel very reasonable, ample car parking and buitiful gardens t o the rear, all staff so welcoming Kelly ward and all the staff, manager Karen is amazing so kind patient and helpful, the maintenance guy Simon is about always smiling and obviously does a fantastic job, a big special mention to the fantastic assistant manager Kelly Ward ,nothing is to much trouble for her, her kindness, patients, and help is amazing, and always with a big smile, Kelly works bar and restaurant floor so always available for any quarries or questions, such an upbeat helpfull person, thank you Kelly westward, Karen manager, Ian general manager and all the wonderfull staff at the mercure hotel Swansea..as arnie says we will be back..Carol and Gary..

The complete experience was great. Easy check in, clean good sized room with a good shower. Food was wonderful in a nice restaurant setting. Above all though it was the staff that made our visit special. So friendly, attentive and down to earth. Amongst the best hotel staff I’ve ever come across. Highly recommend this hotel.
