The bed and pillows in my room were so hard that I couldn’t sleep at all. Mentioned online and to counter and no one empathised with me. I felt dismissed

Overall i will not stay in the hotel anymore.Main issue was AC.Rooms were clean but it was not enough.

26 minute walk to the nearest bus station which also has the last bus around 8 pm AC was broken, not usable. for all 3 night 4 days

Dear Mr.K., There's no need to walk 26 minutes for the nearest bus station, you have 3 buses station closer than the one you went ( which we don't understand to which bus you walked 26 minutes). The first one which brings you at metro station is just in front of hotel, 5 meters, last bus at 18:45 and free of charge. The second one, less than 150 meters, Z307/Z314, last bus around 20:00. The others buses, 10 minutes walk, Z314 or Z323/ Z321. Also, there is our shuttle service free of charge available until 19:30 for destinations within 10km from hotel. Air condition is off at moment due to temperatures, as you may have noticed these days have been cold rainy days. We thank you for your time and Hope to welcome you again for a better experience.
