the night receptionnist on the 18 april 2024 night are the main reason of rhe dxcellency of this venue i felt 5 stars luxury hotel services just by her warm welcoming shes extremely devoted for this job and deserve higher position and needs to work for the corinthia hotel or the ritz hotel in paris thank you again for your politeness kindness and amazing professionalism. the room are super clean and very comfy

The location is great, close to the tube and walking distance to shops and sites in Eastern London. The facility has been maintained well, clean and cozy. The staff were nice and helpful. I had everything needed for a weekend stay.

Cold shower - room felt like a hostel

There was no hot water so had to have a cold shower. Weird layout of the room and its vinyl flooring throughout so had a very cheap hostel vibe. Would not stay again.

Checkin was great, Daniel or David (can't exactly remember the name) was very friendly yet professional. Room was completely clean. Breakfast was very basic, was expecting a bit more selection.
