I visited this hotel for 3 nights last month. I was placed into a room that had KNOWN construction work directly next-door to my room and I was therefore woken up very early on more than one occasion - not what you expect in a city with 24-hour nightlife. On top of this, I booked the hotel specifically based on the fact it had air conditioning however this didn't work the whole time I was there - I now understand that this doesn't work when it is under 20 degrees outside however this didn't state anywhere upon booking. I let the hotel know about my issues on my visit however they didn't do anything and did very little to put things right after my trip. Would not return.

No closet available in the room

Mx010 Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

I've always been a fan of the ibis hotel group, but the renovation of this Ibis hotel has done something terribly wrong: they removed the closet and replaced it with a movable and shaky rack. I normally prefer to unpack my luggage when I arrive in a hotel but this is now impossible, especially when you stay with 2 people for longer than 1 night and bring clothing for several days and occasions. I will not stay in this hotel again , only for this reason. For the rest: rooms have been nicely renovated , although some extra AC power sockets wouldhave been welcome.
