Hygiene level need to improve, have cockroach in the room, we booked 3rooms with 6 kids, 5 of them diarrhoea and fever on our 2 last days stay. Toilet none stop water sound, seems like a fountain in the toilet. Overall very bad experience.

The beach hotel is a perfect getaway experience for everyone! Exactly at the beachfront. Pleasant amenities. The executive lounge room option makes our beach vacation stay memorable! The food selection is great during breakfast, teas & canapés and unli alcohol in the evening (for one hour). Special thanks to Ploy for her superb and exceptional service. I will come back to this hotel for sure.

It’s an excellent hotel, some of the staff members are very rude and being racist. The breakfast quality is very poor to very very poor. The quality of each and every item in the breakfast needs to improve by a minimum 100%. Very good hotel with good pool, beach access and very clean. Most of the staff members are very helpful.
